Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FastPass CDL Truck Solutions LLC services or websites (fastpasscdl.com, apply.fastpasscdl.com), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services Provided

FastPass CDL provides CDL skills-test preparation, behind-the-wheel (BTW) support, truck and trailer access, range practice, and test-day support for qualified Texas CDL applicants testing at Wichita Falls DPS.

FastPass CDL is NOT a traditional classroom CDL school, college, academy, government agency, or online ELDT theory provider. We do not issue CDL certificates, licenses, or endorsements. All final testing, scoring, and licensing decisions are made by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).

Eligibility

Services are available to Texas residents who hold a valid Texas CDL permit (CLP) or are actively working toward one. Out-of-state applicants are not eligible.

No Guarantee of Passing

FastPass CDL does not guarantee that you will pass the CDL skills test. Passing depends on your preparation, eligibility, and performance on test day, as evaluated by Texas DPS examiners.

Payments

All payments are non-refundable. If your plans change, your payment can be applied to a future booking at no penalty. See our Payment & Cancellation Policy for full details.

SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS communications, FastPass CDL may send you texts related to your inquiry, application, scheduling, reminders, and support. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

Limitation of Liability

FastPass CDL’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for DPS decisions, test outcomes, employment outcomes, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
