Terms of Service

Effective date: June 24, 2026

1. About This Website

FastPass CDL Truck Solutions LLC (“FastPass CDL,” “we,” “us”) operates fastpasscdl.com and apply.fastpasscdl.com. These websites describe commercial vehicle, trailer, and yard access services for eligible Texas CLP holders and allow you to submit an availability and eligibility request.

By accessing or using these websites, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Availability & Eligibility Request Process

Submitting a request through this website or apply.fastpasscdl.com is an availability and eligibility request only. It is not a confirmed reservation, an enrollment, a booking, or an application. A confirmed reservation exists only after (1) the applicable signed written agreement is received by FastPass CDL and (2) the applicable service fee is paid.

3. Specific Services Are Governed by Separate Agreements

Each FastPass CDL service — equipment/access rental and any separately available orientation — is governed by its own written agreement with its own eligibility requirements, fee, cancellation terms, and scope. No single agreement covers both services. Review and sign the applicable agreement before confirming any service.

4. Eligibility

Vehicle operation requires a valid Texas CLP for the requested class, any legally required medical certification and ELDT status, the required CLP holding period, and DPS eligibility. Out-of-state applicants are not eligible. People working toward a CLP may receive information but may not schedule vehicle operation.

5. No Guarantee of Test Result

FastPass CDL does not guarantee a passing result on the Texas DPS CDL skills test. Passing depends on your preparation, eligibility, ability, and performance on test day, as evaluated by Texas DPS examiners. Texas DPS makes all final testing, scoring, and licensing decisions.

6. Scope of Services

FastPass CDL provides commercial vehicle, trailer, and yard access for eligible Texas CLP holders. FastPass CDL does not issue CDL permits or licenses, conduct DPS testing, control appointment availability, provide classroom ELDT theory, or guarantee licensing, employment, or test results. Any separately available orientation service is governed by its own separate written agreement.

7. Payment

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation rights are stated in the applicable signed rental or orientation agreement. See the Payment & Cancellation Policy for a general summary. In the event of any conflict, the signed agreement controls.

8. SMS Communications

If you provide separate, unchecked consent to receive SMS messages, FastPass CDL may send you texts related to your availability request, service inquiry, scheduling, and follow-up. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not required to submit a request or purchase services.

9. Limitation of Liability

FastPass CDL’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. FastPass CDL is not responsible for DPS decisions, test outcomes, employment outcomes, travel costs, or indirect damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

FastPass CDL may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
